Three Rivers Construction takes its name from the rivers that have helped shape Tennessee and the communities we serve. That connection to the state is reflected in how we work: building reliable roads, serving our customers well, and setting a high standard for every project we take on.

Just as important is the team behind the work. We’re committed to creating meaningful careers, giving people opportunities to grow, and building a company our employees and customers can count on for the long term.

How It Started

Three Rivers Construction builds on the history, people, and experience of Pavement Restorations (PRI). What began as a local operation grew into a full-service contractor serving public and private customers across Tennessee. In 2025, PRI joined Construction Partners (Nasdaq: ROAD) family of companies, bringing stronger resources and capabilities to support complex projects.

In 2026, PRI of East Tennessee became Three Rivers Construction, a name that reflects our Tennessee roots and the role our work plays in connecting communities. Four Star Paving continues as a branded division, strengthening our presence and commercial paving capabilities in the Nashville market.

Today, we focus on roadway construction, asphalt paving, concrete construction, and asphalt production and sales for customers across the state.
